This project included renovating the electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems within this older elementary school.

The schedule was tight. All the renovations had to be completed while the students were on summer break.

We are happy to report the project was completed on time so the students could return to an updated facility for fall semester.

Here’s the electrical work we completed:

• Replaced 320 existing light fixtures with LED fixtures, including 2×4 fixtures and can lights
• Installed new outlets with tamper resistant receptacles to keep the students safe
• Installed emergency lighting to bring building up to code
• Installed electrical meters to monitor energy use before and after the renovation
• Rerouted electrical infrastructure to accommodate layout of new walls
• Provided power for new mechanical equipment including VFDs, air handling units and boilers
