This project was a significant renovation of the historic McNichols Building in Civic Center Park in the heart of Denver. The renovation transformed the building from administrative offices to a state-of-the-art events center.

We worked closely with the general contractor to complete the year-long project with no safety incidents. It was an honor to work on this landmark building that serves as a gathering place for important Denver events.

Here’s the electrical work we completed:

• Upgraded lighting to stylish LED fixtures
• Upgraded electrical panels
• Installed new LED lighting underneath granite benches in forecourt
• Installed a new inverter
• Reprogrammed lighting control panel to meet new uses
• Maintained continuous power when upgrading electrical panels
